Why Choose an Ultrasound?

A medical ultrasound is an important step in your pregnancy, especially if you are experiencing an unexpected pregnancy. A Limited OB ultrasound can:

  • Confirm the location of a pregnancy or if there is suspicion of a dangerous ectopic pregnancy.

  • Confirm the presence of a fetal heartbeat or not. Miscarriage occurs in approximately 1 in 4 recognized pregnancies

  • Estimate how far along the pregnancy is

  • Provide medically accurate information before you make important decisions

Every ultrasound at PDHC is provided in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. You are not just another appointment. You are a person with questions, and we are here to help you find answers.

Preparing for Your Appointment

To prepare for your visit:

  • Bring a valid photo ID

  • Plan to spend at least 1 hour at the center

  • Let staff know if you need language assistance

Our goal is to ensure you feel comfortable, respected, and informed throughout your visit.
